  2. How to Book

    Call 780-849-8005 or 780-849-8028 or email facilitybookings@slavelake.ca to ask for a Facility Request Form for any bookings at the Multi-Recreation Centre or a Legacy Booking form for Wildfire Legacy Centre bookings.

    Complete the form in its entirety, any sections left unanswered will result in the form being returned to the renter for completion before booking.

    The booking coordinator will reach out to you to let you know if the dates specified are available and will request a damage deposit of either 50% of the booking up to $500.00 (Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis)

    Once damage deposit has been paid a contract will be sent out to be signed verifying all the rental details 

    Cancellations within 14 days of the rental date may be subject to loss of deposit

    A booking is not confirmed until a Booking Request Form, deposit and signed contract are received by the booking coordinator

    Notifications will be sent out to the customer regarding the collection of the remainder of rental fees Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date, if payment is not received access to the venue will be denied.
