Paying Your Utility Bill 

Water and sewer utility bills are mailed out monthly, residents can enroll in Paperless Utility Billing Online and receive their monthly bill to their e-mail address.

Water and sewer bills must be paid by the due date indicated on the bill. Payment can be made in person at Town Office, with cheque, cash, or debit card. Credit cards are currently not accepted

Telephone/Online Banking 

Pay your Town of Slave Lake Utilities bill through your charted bank’s telephone, online or ATM banking services.  We are currently set-up with RBC, CIBC, ATB, BMO, Scotia, Servus Credit Union, Tangerine and TD. 

Pre-authorized Payment

For your convenience, we also offer Pre-Authorized Payments. Have your utility payments automatically debited from your bank account. To enroll, complete the Preauthorized Payment Application (PDF) together with a blank cheque marked VOID.

Late Payments 

Penalty charges of 2.5% per month are charged on all overdue accounts. If there is a payment owing on your account, any payment made will be applied first to the penalties, and then to current bill.
