Slave Lake is a very active ball community. The town has two ball facilities supporting various levels of play. The ball facilities include:
- Charity Park (Highway No. 88) North
Men’s Ball Facility - Sinclair Park (Caribou Trail and Highway No. 88) North
- Minor Ball Facility
- Ladies' Ball Facility
