The Loading Dock is located on the North side of the building

Technical Overview:
- The Elks Hall is equipped with professional lighting/ audio equipment, including a Midas M32-1p sound control board and an ETC Element light control console.
- There is no Fly Gallery, catwalks or rigging available.
- Features a large projection screen that can be lowered in front of the stage.
- 2 Wireless Microphones as well as
- 4-stage monitors are on hand for use as well
- Stage access to AV hookup for phones/laptops to sound system/projector
- Theatre Avlex Premium Ear Microphones (Nude colour)
- Podium available
Stage Dimensions:
- Stage is 26ft D X 28.1ft L excluding fixed side drapes
- Burgundy Front Curtains
- 4 Sets of Legs, Black 4ft W X 6ft D
- 39ft Black back drapes
- Stage Apron is 3.2ft D X 36ft W
Green Rooms:
- Green Room 1 has three showers, bar stools, a lighted vanity, and switchable outlets
- Green Room 2 has four showers, bar stools, a lighted vanity, switchable outlets, and a Mini Fridge.
Loading Area/Dock:
- Loading bay/dock has access on the North side of the building
Control Booth:
- Booth is located overlooking the Elks Hall with access to it through the central Atrium and either by elevator or stairs.
- It has two full opening windows
- No external or easy access from the stage or hall
- Must have a pre-approved sound technician to have access.
Lighting:
- Standard multi-purpose plot remains hung and programmed for easy operation
- Front Wash
- ETC Element light control console located in the control booth
- House light zones (stage stairs, exits, overhead)
Sound:
- Midas M32-1P located in the control booth
