The Town is inviting experienced and qualified commercial real estate agents to provide realty and listing services for the sale of Town owned lands identified by the Town of Slave Lake. The legal description for the land proposed for disposition is- Lot 34 Block 41 Plan 1624074.
Sealed envelope marked “Request for Proposal for Commercial Real Estate Services” will be received at the town office, 10 Main Street SW, Slave Lake, AB T0G2A0 up to 2:00 PM local time, March 26th, 2025.
Sealed envelope shall be delivered to the office front desk in accordance with any submission deadline. Submissions received after closing time shall be considered invalid.
