NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS IN THE TOWN OF SLAVE LAKE
Assessment notices will be sent to ratepayers on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, with a final assessment complaint date of Monday, May 12, 2025.
Assessments are based on market conditions as of July 1 of the previous year and the physical condition and characteristics as of December 31 of the previous year. Property assessment is the process of estimating a fair market value of properties throughout the Town of Slave Lake.
The assessment process has been conducted according to Alberta Legislation and Regulations by our Designated Assessor, KCL Consulting Inc.
