NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Town of Slave Lake Council Chambers

PURSUANT to the authority of Town of Slave Lake Council as provided by Section 674 of the Municipal Government act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Council to remove the Reserve designation from the property legally described as 

Lot R1, Plan 752 0877

The property is zoned as P – Community.

A public hearing on the proposed removal of reserve designation will be held at the Regular Meeting of Council on December 3, 2024 at 6:00 pm. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims affected, or from any person Council agrees to hear from.

This public hearing will provide the public the opportunity to express their opinions to Council regarding the use of this property.

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed removal of municipal reserve designation, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than Thursday, November 28, 2024, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
