Attention Slave Lake Residents!
We would like to inform you that due to overwhelming demand, all the available lots in Phases 1, 2, and 3 of Fournier Place have been sold.
At a future date yet to be determined, we will be proceeding with Phase 4 of the sales process. Phase 4 will include 10 larger lots (designated in purple on the Fournier Place map). Administration is exploring the possibility of allowing purchasers the option to construct a duplex on some of these larger lots, given that the lot size will accommodate a higher density home should that be desired. These larger lots will be sold for the price of $20,000 per lot plus GST and have all the same restrictions and covenants as the lots sold in Phase 1, 2, and 3.
Lots for Phase 4 will be sold on a First Come, First Serve basis. Those individuals that expressed formal interest through email but have not been given an opportunity to purchase a lot in Phase 1, 2, or 3 will remain on the waiting list when Phase 4 opens up for sale. Any new expression of interest received via email for Phase 4 lots will be added to the waiting list in the order that they are received and contacted should their spot in line come to the top.
At this time, there is no definitive timeline for the sale of lots in Phase 4. Rest assured, once we are ready to move forward with Phase 4, we will reach out to the next person on the waitlist.
