The Town of Slave Lake seeks proposals from qualified tenants interested in operating a retail concession space within the Multi-Recreation Centre (MRC), located at 305 6th Avenue, SW, Slave Lake, AB. The space available for lease is approximately 300 square feet. Please see the attached link for further details related to this opportunity. The objective is to identify a tenant who will lease the retail space and undertake responsibility for its build-out and operation. The tenant is expected to align with the Town’s values and enhance the overall customer experience at our facility.
The new food concession will operate alongside the existing concession, providing complementary products and services while adhering to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by the Town. The expectation is that food offerings will not overlap what is being sold at the current concession. The goal is to offer a variety of goods that enrich the visitor experience without overlapping with existing offerings.
