BYLAW #13-2024 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)
Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007.
Amending Bylaw #13-2024 proposes amendments to Sections 87, by adding Educational Establishments as a discretionary use to the C1-Downtown Commercial Mixed-Use District.
“EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT” means a facility approved by the Province of Alberta for academic instruction and shall include a public, private or separate school, college or university.
If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than August 7, 2024, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
