The Town of Slave Lake is initiating the process of reviewing and updating the Municipal Development Plan and the Land Use Bylaw to reinforce the ability of these documents to effectively and efficiently manage the use and development of land within the municipality. These documents will reflect the future aspirations of the public given the current opportunities and challenges facing the Town.
Slave Lake residents, business owners and development industry stakeholders are invited to visit the project website for background information and to stay informed about upcoming public events. Anyone interested in the Municipal Development Plan or the Land Use Bylaw rewrite is encouraged to join the mailing list to receive updates and be notified of upcoming engagement opportunities to provide feedback.
