The Town of Slave Lake’s Community Recognition Program was developed to help residents recognize other community members and their achievements in designated categories.
We are opening up submissions to the general public. If you know a community group or an individual who has had a profound impact in their field of work then nominate them today.
The Distinguished Achievement category is to recognize residents whose actions have had a profound or extraordinary impact either provincially, nationally or internationally.
