What’s this all about?

The Municipal Development Plan (MDP) is our community’s big-picture vision for the future - how we grow, where we build, how we protect green spaces, support local business, and create vibrant, livable neighbourhoods.

The Land Use Bylaw (LUB) is the tool that helps put that vision into action – it outlines what can be built where, from housing to parks to shops.

Together, they guide how we live, work, move and play – now and for years to come.
