BYLAW #10-2024 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)
Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007.
Amending Bylaw #10-2024 proposes amendments to Sections 87, by adding a Places of Worship as a permitted use to the C1-Downtown Commercial Mixed-Use District.
"PLACES OF WORSHIP" means the development owned by a religious organization used for worship and related religious, philanthropic, or social activities including rectories, manses, and accessory buildings.
If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than April 17, 2024, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
