BYLAW #13-2023 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)
Town Council is considering amending the Land Use District Map of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by redistricting as follows:
Lot 19, Block 12, Plan 897 NY (300 – 5 St. NE)
From R2 – Medium Density Residential District to R3 – High Density Residential District

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than June 29, 2023, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
