PUBLIC HEARING

January 24, 2023 @ 7:00 P.M. IN TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS

BYLAW #16-2022 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)

 

Town Council is considering amending the Land Use District Map of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by redistricting as follows:

Lot 19, Block 12, Plan 897 NY (300 – 5 St. NE)

From R1 – Standard Detached Residential District to R2 – Medium Density Residential District

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than January 18, 2023, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
