BYLAW #12-2021 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)

Town Council is considering amending the Land Use District Map of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by redistricting as follows:

Lot 3, Block 3, Plan 688 NY located at 901 – 4 Street NW

From M1 – Light Industrial District to I – Institutional District

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than September 1, 2021 or contact the Planning Department at 780-849-8004 to verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
