Slave Lake RCMP Investigate a Break & Enter

Slave Lake, Alta. -  The Slave Lake RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining any information regarding a break & enter into Appara Shoes in the early morning hours of April 4th, 2020.  At approximately 04:21 AM, the RCMP received a call advising there was a glass break at Appara Shoes.  

Members arrived within minutes but the suspect(s) were already gone. Footprints in the snow were located along with a clothing trail leading into an abandoned building off 4th Ave NE. The RCMP cleared the building but no one was found inside. 

The Slave Lake RCMP continues to investigate this matter including identifying the individual(s).  Anyone with information to assist with the investigation, please contact the Slave Lake RCMP at 780-849-3999 or your local police detachment.  If you see something suspicious, report it to your local police.
