Slave Lake RCMP Investigate a Theft of a Motor Vehicle *Update*


After several tips were received from the public, the identity of the male was confirmed and the vehicle has been returned to its owner. The RCMP continues with the investigation.

Jan. 24 2020

Slave Lake, Alta. - The Slave Lake RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance to be on the lookout for a stolen motor vehicle. On January 20th, between the hours of 2:00 am and 12:00 pm, a grey 2009 Hyundai Sonata was stolen from the parking lot of the Thompson Landing apartments. The vehicle is described as:

- 2009 Hyundai Sonata

- Licence Plate, CDT 1162

- Grey on colour

- stock rims with hub caps

The suspect was wearing:

- red hoodie

- ball cap

- grey pants

- gloves

- camo jacket

The Slave Lake RCMP continues to investigate this matter including identifying the individual(s).
