Did you know that you can register for all upcoming programs online through the ActiveNet portal? If you have ever enrolled in person for an MRC or pool program, or even purchased a 10 pass or 1 month pass then your name is already registered for an account! In that situation you may not know what your password is or have an email associated with your account. This post is here to help guide you so you can have full access.
Step 1: To get to ActiveNet you can either click on this link, or go to slavelake.ca and click "Register for a Program" under Community Services in the Departments tab..
Step 2: If you have registered for a program before or purchased passes then follow these steps:
1. Call the MRC front desk at 780-849-8028 to ensure they have your updated email on their system.
2. Go to the ActiveNet Portal
3. Click Sign-In on the top right corner
4. Click Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you to update your password of your choosing
If you know you dont have an account, simply click Create an Account on the top right corner and follow the prompts.
Step 3: When your account is setup be sure to click the activities tab to view and sign-up for the available programs. When signing up for a program be sure to read the entire program description and any attached links.
