FAMILY COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR - CLOSED

This is an indeterminate position (37.5 hours per week) responsible and accountable for the indentification of social constraints within the community of Slave Lake to develop and implement effective socially preventative programs designed to enhance the quality of life and respond to the needs of the residents.

MANAGER OF FACILITIES AND PARKS

Reporting to the Director of Community Services, the incumbent's scope of work includes the Government Centre, playgrounds, sport fields, trail system, open spaces, MultiRec Centre and other Town buildings as assigned.  The Manager of Facilities and Parks plans for, schedules and provides supervision to, staff and contractors involved in the operation, maintenance and repair of Town operated facilities, parks and green spaces.  This position performs technical, responsible and professional work at a senior mangement level.

RECREATIONAL ASSISTANT I - CASUAL
Resumes will be accepted until 4:00 pm Tuesday, August 16th, 2016

This is a casual position, working early mornings, evenings and weekends.  Reporting to the Recreation Assistant III, this individual will accept payment for drop-in and rentals at the MultiRec Facility, accept program registrations and assist with the effective scheduling of all joint and municipally managed recreation facilities.

The Town of Slave Lake requires all employees to obtain a Criminal Record Check. If you are acquiring your Criminal Record Check locally, you can do so Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Slave Lake RCMP. The process can take 5 to 7  business days to complete. The local RCMP Station is located at 1005 6 Ave SE, Slave Lake, AB T0G 2A3.
