The Town of Slave Lake is accepting Request for Proposals for a Public and Private Development Partnership for an affordable housing project in Fournier Place Subdivision.

Fournier Place Residential Subdivision
The Town of Slave Lake has recently developed a residential subdivision in the southwest quadrant of Town adjacent to 6th Avenue and Caribou Trail SW. The subdivision consists of 60 mobile home lots and 17 medium density lots. This subdivision has been fully serviced and will have concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks and asphalt roads. The subdivision also boasts a park in the center of the subdivision which will house raised garden plots, a playground and a passive recreation area.
Fournier Place Design Guidelines
The Design Guidelines were created to ensure that Fournier Place will develop into a cohesive, highly regarded residential community. The Design Guidelines provide guidance to the Town of Slave Lake, builders and lot owners by clearly defining the design requirements.
People purchasing lots within the Fournier Place Subdivision will be required to meet the standards set out in the Design Guidelines. As such, please ensure you review this document and direct any questions you may have to Planning & Development Services at 780-849-8000.
