One of the most important things I have learned since being on council is, having a great team is vital to getting work done. There should always be good a debate and varying opinions. February 2nd, 2016 - Changes in Your Water

In May, we will be changing the disinfectant in our water treatment process from chlorine to chloramines. The changeover will affect all Town of Slave Lake water customers, including MD residents, on the distribution system. -> Click here to read more

Whether that is the local advertising, blogs like this, our website, social media, Mayor’s minute on the radio or the surveys, we have completed tonnes of work to better connect with tax payers. January 20th, 2016 - Accident near Saulteaux

According to the Lesser Slave Fire Service, There has been a traffic fatality near Saulteaux. Highway 2 is closed but at least one lane will be open before long. We will keep you update on this as information becomes available. -> Click here to read more
