Slave Lake RCMP Investigate a Break & Enter

RCMP News Release (Summer)

Slave Lake, Alta. - On January 9th, 2020 the RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress at the Thompson Landing apartment building. Members of the General Investigations Section, General Duty, and Dog Handling Unit responded. Two male suspects and one female suspect fled the scene before police arrival.

Members patrolled the area and located one suspect leaving the scene. The second male suspect was found two days later by a member on patrol. A short foot pursuit ensued and the suspect was apprehended.

A third suspect, a female, has been identified and a warrant issued for her arrest.

Daniel Kuhberg and Brodie Underhill have been charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling. Both have been released from custody following a judicial interim release hearing. Court is scheduled for January 15, 2020 and February 12, 2020 respectively.

The Slave Lake RCMP continues to investigate this matter including identifying the individual(s).
