Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007. Bylaw #37-2018 proposes to amend Section 87(3) of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by adding “Bus & Taxi Stations” as a discretionary use to the C1 – Central Commercial District i.e. Downtown area of Town.

Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007. The proposed amending Bylaw #28-2018 adds a new definitions for Recreation Establishment – Major and Minor, amends the definition for Personal Services, adds Recreation Establishment – Minor as a use in most commercial districts and adds Recreation Establishment – Major as a discretionary use in the M1 – Light Industrial and MI – Business Industrial Districts.
